In a portrait drawing the eyes are of great importance, they give a soul to the drawing. If the distance between the eyes and the proportions of the eyes are right, the rest of the drawing will also come to a good end.

Because I already drew this lady, as you know from the previous Blog, I clearly recognized her look. And found again these smaller details, such as the cheerful dimples in her cheeks.

The next portrait drawing, is a drawing of two sisters.
