Capture Beautiful Moments

A pencil portrait of the children from an old analog photo. I want to reiterate that it's perfectly fine to choose an old photo, one with a fond memory, instead of a digital photo. As with most portrait drawings, I use an HB pencil for sketching.

This drawing exudes pure love and is therefore perfect for this holiday season. I created this portrait drawing in PanPastel, combined with pastel pencils. The colors I use for older skin are darker than for children's skin. Based on PanPastel, I draw and color with Dark Flesh, Burnt Orange, Ochre, and soft brown tones. All the small details, such as folds and wrinkles, are carefully drawn to capture the authenticity.

This portrait drawing in pencil of 50 x 70 cm, is drawn with pencils HB, 2B, and 4B and is a wedding gift.
