Blog June '26 – Invitation to 'Sterrebeek Parkfeesten'

It is that time again: the Sterrebeek Parkfeesten, organized by the folk art group "De Rollerwagen", will take place on Sunday, June 28- 2026, and offer as usual, a delightful day full of atmosphere, conviviality, live music, food truck stalls, and handmade artisanal products. You will find me at my usual spot, the Rose Arbor, which stands centrally in the rose garden.

You can see it clearly once again in the aerial photo above: if you drive into Sterrebeek from Tramlaan or Mechelse Steenweg, you can park by the Church, the entrance to the Castle is a little further on. You walk past the front of the castle, and 50 meters further you are at the Rose Arbor or Rozenprieeltje, where I will be waiting for you.

People often come to pick up their drawings on this occasion, that way you get to see the model known from the photo in person; this Airedale Terrier sits proudly next to his own pencil drawing.
